4. Never give your Nightclub name to anyone and change it every while (like every 1 week),
5. No 1v1,
6. Don't ever join a gang assault if no one told u to join,
7. Don't plan random gang assaults,
8. Don't plan gang assault if u doesn't have experience on that. High Command will appoint people who are allowed to plan gang assaults. If you are not appointed then you are not allowed to do so,
9. Finally obey the rules and your leaders will reach us to be the best gang.

B) Explanation:
1. So we wont be gang assaulted, and the leader can invite u back whatever happens (Coz he has your relation),
2. So we won't be gang assaulted,
3. To avoid any random red relations that may cause gang assaults,
4. Some people know your nightclub name and will wait you there to get your red relation and gang assault you,
5. Some people betray in 1v1 and accept your relation and quick set a gang assault on u while u think it is just 1v1 so you will cause our death,
6. Sometimes we plan a gang assault need exact str to wound the target gang (Milk Gang), so if u joined u might get the target gang killed and then we lose good chance for skills,
7. If u gang assault someone in a stronger gang we will die and lose so much skills and Dissolving the gang, some ppl join small members in big gangs to get relations from raves with no suspect, so if no relations so no randoms (If it is a must. u should leave the gang and do it, then back again),
8. Gang assault need calculation for success, this need experience to wound gangs and get best skills (Milk The Gang), coz kill is useless unless for revenge.

C) Notes:
1. Some times another gang makes a credit spy on us so they know the members and the start sending relations to everyone in the gang, so NEVER EVER EVER accept relations,
2. if you are not able to do a gang robbery and saw it set, wait for people who can cover you 1st then join and don't do the score till they are in (we will tell u who can Cover and cover for what)
3. if we started a plan on creating junkies and said every one create junkies u MUST create or else you wont get skills with us, because when everyone make junkies we all will get most skills, so no excuses
4. You have to join gang chat room so we can contact you easily
5. If the leader told you something to do, and u didn't obey, u may cause fail for a leader plan so we will kill you or at least kick you from the gang

D) How to start the game:
When you start new account
1. buy weapon with your money so you start with higher level crime then play on single crimes (do your level crime, finish stamina,rave, your level crime, ...) You must follow the Formula for no jail.
2. once you get the FOREX skills, start on it by (1 forex and 2 single crime)
3. once you get the bank skills, start on it by (,2 bank and 1 single crime)
4. once you get money for sniper buy it, once you get money for NOMEX armour buy it (prefer to buy both at one time, so u will get max power = 410, and do your single crimes using the Formula so you will earn big skills)
5. do singles till you start get normal skills then play on value transport
6. earn big money and buy some INTEL, that will get your power higher, and do by same time some singles
7. when you reach federal reserve (FBI) level play as much as you can in gang robbery - FBI - and once you have much money to buy about 500-1000 str, do it then start Gang Assaults that will raise your power without buying skills and losing respect, and your money buy with it INTEL and factories and full hookers stuff
� best factories is the higher price (heroine) or the previous price (Opium, cocaine, amphetamine)
� never do a crime (single or gang) without using the formula, if you don't have power don't do it (unless you will be jailed) or if there is someone covering you then its ok
� how to know power needed in gang robbery: see how many members needed, and how much power needed from every member then do a multiply (EX : members needed 7, difficulty needed 2000 so all members who will join must have total � 7 x 2000 � 14000 power (Steven Seagull)
� always buy the next ship drug and sell it for the ship, even if it was low drug like weed, you will earn respect don't waste them and start this investing on drugs after the federal level or when you have much money (best time to buy the drug once the ship comes to the docks)
� always buy heroine when it is low price (30% risk)
� Formulas :
o [ (tol / 2) + str + intel ] / 3 + [ weapon damage x weapon accuracy / 10 ] + armour tol
o [ intel + str + tol + (weapon damage x weapon accuracy / 10) + armour tol ] / 3

E) Gang Assault:
General idea of gang assault is:
Two gangs fighting <> and <>
o If the attacker have more str than the defender tol <>
o If the attacker have more and double of the defender tol <>
o If wound you will get much skills than if you killed them so try not to across the double
o But if the attacker have lower str than the defender tol <>
o But if the attacker have str half or less than defender tol <>
How to calculate str needed to wound the other gang :
First calculate the target gang tol then add each member can have armour tol (EX : gang with 50 member, each member is about 2000 respect and gang total respect is 120.000, so :
120.000 x 1 or 0.9 or 0.8 or 0.7 so you get total gang tol
Then 50 member x 300 (nomex armour tol)
Then u adds total gang tol + total gang armours
Now u have the str that u must be over it
Don't double it or you will kill the victims, you just want to keep wound them to get most skills (Milk gang)

That's depends how strong is this gang, if weak you chose 0.7 strong 1
That's u must figure
o If you are using a spy (best) put it in a rave so you get fast relations to plan on it (better than keep adding yourself and accepting)
o Some rounds if you invited the spy to your gang the target gang wont receive report that they have been attacked (stealth attack)
